"Lovely, spacious accommodation. The children loved staying here so close to the beach. On the whole, we were provided with enough of everything (utensils etc), though I was a little surprised we were left with only 3 dishwashing tablets (so we bought some more and left a few for the next guests). Also, one of the bedroom doors tended to lock itself when closed & no one in the room, was difficult to unlock from the outside. We struggled to get clothes for 7 people dry, with no dryer in the place...

"What a lovely old house we had such a lovely relaxing chilled weekend. So lovely and clean cosy and warm and comfy beds. Only 20 mins. from Launceston and the town of Exeter only Minutes away from the house for supplies. Lovely and quiet. There were only 3 of us but plenty of room for at least 8 adults. We will be back when next in the area again such a lovely view over the Tamar Valley. Cheers Maree. K and Friends"

"I should start by saying that I wasn't there because I was sick. This information has been supplied by my sisters. The good stuff: Great location, nice big yard. Lots of beds and extra blankets were provided. Free wifi was great as phone reception was spotty. House was clean and tidy. Lounge was very comfy and good TV reception. "Great position and comfortable accommodation. Excellent wifi and TV access. Check in and access rather confusing. Check in and door code - we never worked out what gives. Initially thought we were not going to get in. Got the key from the lock box & tried the key at the back door, which would have worked if the other key wasn't in the lock! Eventually got in but were never sure if we'd get in the next time. Otherwise all good - Thank you."

"This house became home during our 5 week stay. Beautiful, comfortable, welcoming. My husband set up in the office and I found the media room quiet and still. The location was ideal; overlooking the Tamar River. It was also 5-10 minutes to a main road, giving us time to adjust to driving on the left side. There’s a public lap pool within two miles with an incredibly high and curvy slide. Plus a large children’s playground with some exercise platforms for adults. There’s also a major grocery store...
