You can not ask for better views and the home owner went above and beyond for us when we ran into probelms with our travel plans and she allowed us to extend our stay by two nights. It is not unusual to be awakened by sheep bleating, along with their bells. The view is stunning, and because of the latitude, you get to see it very late and early in the day. There is a cabin behind this one, but no one is close on the front, so the views are wonderful and the area feels very private. They didn't answer messages and the number listed was to a car rental, which made me think at first it was a scam. They didn't respond until after I had contacted VRBO customer service, and they apologized because they don't get many listings on VRBO. "Loved the property! Our king room on a higher floor had an amazing view of the town and water. View was just as good from our window as it was from that steep hike you can do to overlook the town. Ceiling to floor windows. We left curtains open all night it was so pretty. Staff was great. Friendly and nice Only criticism is parking. Had to parallel park on the hilly streets and move the car by like 7am or pay a lot for hotel lot. But parking in Norway at hotels is expensive and rare"
