Generally nice stay
"We have a good stay. No issues however have stayed in other hotels in Chester that were cheaper and had better decor and more facilities. Hotel is basic but of a good standard. Balcony room but no fridge. Some areas could do with a paint / upgrade."

"This property was the second one in this complex we stayed in. It was much nicer and had a more modern feel however it’s not in the luxury’ category. Heaters worked really well. The mattress was narrower than the frame so was very cramped for two people. The grout in the shower could have been cleaner ..."

"Perfect location for girls trip to Chester, good size space, on road parking, less than £5 under into town and 10 min walk to lovely local eateries around Hoole for breakfast, single mattresses not the best but absolutely fine for one night thanks so much x"
