"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage...

"Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice...more than I could sample! Dinner was waiter service, with a choice of 3 courses. I much prefer buffet, as the choice is limited to the menu and a special each day. For a stay over a few days I would be fed up with it. Spa had 2 saunas one hot and one set cooler, also a steam room. Indoor pool had lots of jets of various sorts, but too small to swim in. Bar very quiet but it was late November.
