"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...

There is a patisserie and a Carrefour City at the top of the road along with plenty of other interesting shops. The only down side is that car parking is a bit hit and miss. "We enjoyed a lovely week at Virginie and Sylvain's house in St Lunaire. The swimming pool was a real bonus in the hot weather! The house is beautifully presented and is very well-equipped. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding area and plenty of amenities nearby. Virginie and Sylvain are excellent hosts. "The house owner is absolutely amazing. She provided a lot of useful information to me before I arrived and during my stay. Though I can not speak in French, it is very easy to communicate with the owner with google translate. She always smiles and this is the hospitality for. The house itself is brand new and clean. There is no difference between what I saw in the internet and reality. If I have a chance to go to Brittany again, I have no hesitation to stay here again."

"The property and is in a magnificent location, overall a great experience. The staff were accommodating however we did not receive the level of attentiveness and assistance that we have at other hotels of its class. We had a spectacular view of the public toilets in st Malo for our honeymoon 😂. Overall this was a beautiful hotel clean and in such a convenient location and the bar is a beautiful place for a drink. "
