Cozy tiny home w/lofted king bed, outdoor oasis and 5-15m to local activities

Stay in a custom tiny house for a mountain getaway with lofted king bed, deck, firepit, grill, electric fireplace, TV/WiFi. and pastoral meadow views. Situated on a 42 acre property with hiking/walking paths to explore and close to grocery stores (3 miles), historic areas (Montpelier, Gordonsville), wineries/breweries (Stone Mountain, Montifalco, Patch, Bald Top), hiking (SNP, Preddy Creek), and venues (Lydia, Barn at Edgewood) and 15-30 miles from Charlottesville, Massanutten, and Harrisonburg.

The space
The Tiny Home is situated on the lot next to our main residence and is ideal for 1-2 guests looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in the mountains at a private residential (we live in the main house here!) 42-acre property that is away from the city, but still close enough to things to do. The property, Meadow Springs, is located conveniently near the Shenandoah National Park mountains, outdoor activities, Virginia wine country, Civil War trails, historic places/landmarks, Massanutten Resort, and the cities of Charlottesville & Harrisonburg.

There are several spaces inside to sit down for a meal and to get cozy on the couch watching movies or sit in the loft to read a book. Use the fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with reusable filter, and toaster to make meals. Enjoy the coffee/tea, oatmeal, and snacks we provide during your stay.

When the weather is nice enjoy the 42 acres by walking the hiking paths or just sitting on the deck enjoying the pastoral meadow and pond views with a glass of wine by the firepit. Or grill your favorite meal while eating outside on the attached deck.

Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in one of the two lofts.

Guest access
The driveway is gravel to access the Tiny House which resides on a 2 acre lot. The additional acres of the property are shared with a main residence and a Guesthouse (listed on VRBO) on a separate driveway. The Tiny House is accessed by using a coded door entry at arrival. Parking is available in front of the Tiny House on a gravel driveway. The Meadow Springs property is a full-time residence for our family.

Other things to note
The bed is in the loft and accessible by narrow open stairs without an exterior railing. You will have to duck and crawl into the bed. You will not be able to stand up.

We hope you love the Tiny House @Meadow Springs and feel at home during your stay.

Neighborhood highlights
We love how close we are to Shenandoah National Park, historic places/landmarks, wineries, and breweries. We eat at Jack's Shop Kitchen, Lafayette Inn, Blue Ridge Cafe, and El Jaripeo frequently. The pastoral and mountain views here and around the neighborhood are wonderful. Our property is located within 3 miles of groceries, gas, local shopping, and 14 miles from the Shenandoah National Park entrance.

Tiny House Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. The house is so cozy and quiet. We loved hiking on the trails and saw some cool wildlife. It's the perfect location for visiting some wineries. We visited a couple wineries and it was so much fun driving in the foothills of Virginia. We would love to stay here again!
