"If this is a really good option for budget travellers as it’s clean and very basic. However, the idea of this hotel is to automatize services which leads to frustration and long lines at the reception. Automatic check-in should be an option, but not the only option. There is sometimes a feeling like the hotel staff is struggling to keep up with the incoming and leaving guests.
