"Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable lodging in a central location. Small water bottle in room at arrival would have been nice, but local mints in bathroom and Christmas chocolate on pillow were very thoughtful. Would also have liked to see homemade jam instead of high glucose factory stuff as an extra touch at breakfast. Blackout curtains worked and bathroom was modern and spacious. Would definitely stay again. "

"I chose this hotel due to its idyllic look & since I was traveling with 4 colleagues, they all booked here too. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. "The property is nice with children to walk around, play and see animals. Unfortunately when we were there the SPA and Sauna were closed. It will be nice if the property posts the operation hours for sauna and SPA. There is also a small museum of tractors on side. You need to ask at the reception for them to open the door."

"We only had one night here, would have liked to stay more. The hotel has its own restaurant for lunch and dinner in a separate building a minutes walk from rhe accommodation. Really good local food. Our room was quite a bit larger than expected and spotless. No hesitation in recommending this as a very good place to stay."
