Couldn't fault this place, the room had everything I needed, the bed was comfy, it was quiet and Wayne was really helpful, providing very detailed info on accessing the property, parking etc. WiFi was good too,

Stayed here for 4 nights on business. Entered the property through a secure coded gate, with plenty of parking. The room wss immaculate, warm and cosy. Wayne and Caroline"s welcome and attention to detail are outstanding. There is a pub directly opposite, which was also warm and welcoming. I would recomend this place over any local hotel, as it gives you a home from home feeling at a reasonable price. 5 Stars from me!

Saw the pictures and fell in love, wasnt expecting it to be half as amazing as what it actually was. It was so quiet, the bed was so comfy, the room was immaculate, and had everything we needed and more, will definitely be returning
