The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I found the bed uncomfortable and did not sleep well. "Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."
