"This is a great hotel, very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. We enjoyed their touch of coffee and water available and some gluhwein occasionally. Only complaint was our room description- 1 bedroom suite in every other hotel we’ve stayed in has meant a separate room for sleeping and this is what we expected as we were travelling with 2 older teen boys. "Great location. 15 mins walk from Koln mainline station, cathedral and the main shopping areas. Modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We opted out of breakfast so cannot comment. My bed was harder than I'd prefer, but I was only there for 2 nights. My roommate felt it was ok however. "

"The aparthotel was excellent. Very nice, modern, clean and spacious. Convenient location for transport and groceries, but slightly sketchy being next to the train station. There was a heavy police presence, which felt slightly safer. The pool and sauna were nice, but the pool was cold. It felt hot when you entered the room, but the water was cold. Laundry machines were easy to operate. Room was nicely stocked with necessities for laundry, etc. "
