I am usually not one for bad reviews on hotels since we use it to literally just sleep after a full day out… BUT this hotel was terrible. We arrived and there was a crusty thong on sink pipes, the sheets were stained, not enough towels, the towels that were provided looked dirty like they had literal dirt on them, I could go on and on. Two different people within 20 mins of each other tried to get into our room, and left after I announced it was the wrong room and I’d call front desk. It was awful, I took plenty pictures that I can provide each site with. This was not worth the almost 3K spent for a family vacation.

We had a one night stay but everything was great. Check in was fast and easy and very pleasant staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet as well. We will book again on our next visit.

I booked online, requesting a room for me and my dog. Paid online. When I arrived I was charged an additional $20 for the dog. I don't mind paying extra for the dog but should be informed at the time of booking that there is an extra charge and how much it is so I can decide if I want to confirm or not. There were other guests in the hotel that decided to party and drink in the parking lot and their rooms till 2:30 am. The onsite manager did not ask them to stop or even tone it down. He asked why I did not call the front desk to complain. He was there and he was aware of the loud, inconsiderate group causing the disturbance. I did not get to sleep till after they left at 2:30am. If you want to sleep, look elsewhere. The manager did nothing to make us comfortable. And the booking agent did not warn me of additional dog charges. Drive by this one. The room was clean and comfortable but the party next door ruined it.
