"Checkin was easy and receptionist was pleasant. The lobby and room was just as pictured online. The room was very clean and had a clean fresh scent. The bed was comfortable, no signs of bedbugs and tv had basic cable. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water available. My main concern was the noise from guests with dogs (some were unable to control their pets) and the urine smell in the car park at the side and rear of the building. I also had to ask guests not to smoke outside our window as the smell of weed/smoke was coming through the ac vents and affecting my partner and I. The restaurant was also different from what is advertised online. It is no longer an Italian restaurant with pizza etc. But rather a Mexican style restaurant with very limited menu options. This hotel would do well with a better restaurant on property;one that is more diverse and offers breakfast,lunch n dinner. Based on the location of the hotel, there are no dining options within safe walking distance as a result of the roadway structure. If you have no vehicle, uber eats n doordash will be your best options. Overall, very basic, convenient hotel. "
