"First of all i would like to start with saying that the owner of this property is very generous. We walked in and saw a basket filled with snacks, and thank you note. Secondly the communication with the owner was very easy, he easy very helpful. He recommended places to go to and activities we can do in the area. Lastly he is forgiving we caused a small damage, and he forgave us."

"We stayed in Piqua for just the weekend for a family wedding. The house was very clean and had many extras - Keurig, new washer/dryer, nice fridge and stove, upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, game table, big TV and cable, and more. Upstairs beds were good, downstairs mattress tipped a lot to center and was hard to sleep in. (Finally, one of us slept on the couch and one in the bed.)"
