"The room was Sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and made up excellently! Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee pot (coffee, cream, sugar provided) were all in good working order and very clean. The kitchenware, plates, cups, silverware were also very clean. There is No Maid Service at this motel. Not a problem. Manager provided his number and any fresh towels, linens, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, coffee required were delivered on the spot. Kind of unique, but the system was run smoothly....

"The house was very clean and checkin was easy. Nicely supplied. The water was very low at the Lake so could not get close. Beautiful view at the beach, not able to see the Lake view from house but it was a very short walk. Meet a deer on my way to see the sunrise, she just stood there and we were like that for a few seconds! Great pics of the sunrise and full moon over Lake Huron, which is why we choose the house. Cute place and had everything we needed!"

"The house can accommodate a large group easily. We could not have asked for better weather. The biggest disappointment was the area of Lake Huron. If you are looking to run and dive into Lake Huron this is not the place. The bottom here is all rocks that you cannot walk on. "We were in town for a family funeral. What a wonderful retreat to relax, celebrate life and reminisce together. There was ample room to eat together, a big deck to enjoy the evening, and the bedrooms are spread out enough the early risers didnt wake the others. Beautiful and tastefully decorated.
