"We had a wonderful time at the property. The hosts are nearby, but give you your space. The house overlooks the farm store and the farm. It was nice to sit on the large porch and look out in the fields and see the goats in the distance and the piggies and the beautiful horse, Spirit. "The lodge at Piney Knob provided a wonderful setting for our annual (multi-family) Labor Day trip! The accommodations were spacious and well-equipped for our group of eight. My dad, my son, and I even got to meet Mr. Bill, the owner, down at the pond on Saturday. We enjoyed talking with him and hearing about some of the history of his place. We recommend you considering Piney Knob Lodge for a peaceful and beautiful getaway! "
