Located two and a half miles from the heart of the quiet community of Mendon, this secluded home away from home is the perfect retreat for a family escapade, a friends' vacation, or a couple's getaway. Enjoy the convenience of having access to incredible community amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, a coin-operated laundry room, a tennis court, and a basketball court within the tennis court.

Curl up by the gas fireplace and listen to the fire roar as you get lost in your favorite book or stream a favorite show on the large smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities. If you are more of a cooking person, the full kitchen will be waiting with all major appliances, so surprise your loved ones with their favorite meals. There is a four-person dining table and a convenient breakfast bar seating four. This rustic abode has two well-appointed bedrooms, each one with A/C units and comfortable beds - the main bedroom additionally features a smart TV. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

You must go down a flight of stairs to reach the home.
The community pool is closed during the winter and open Memorial through Labor Day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
