We had a brilliant stay in the lookout. It is brilliantly located in Rye and we slept wonderfully. The reception and rooms were modern though the hallway is very tired (it looked like these will be renovated soon.) Great value including a good breakfast. My only complaint is that the tiles in the bathroom were a little mouldy.

I had such a lovely stay that I didn’t want to leave! My room was large and bright, very clean, as was the attached bathroom. Breakfast each day was delicious, I had a great view, and I felt safe and well taken care of. Beautiful medieval streets and boutique shopping are all easily within short walking distance. Absolutely loved my stay here. I had a top floor room with windows on each end, which made for a gorgeous view. Watching the sunset from this room will be a memory I will never forget . The room had beautiful bedding and a bath tub which is always a plus. The bed wasnt the most comfortable but it wasnt too much of a problem. I would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to come back to Rye!
