Great hotel!
We had an excellent stay: hotel was clean, staff very helpful, and the spa and facilities were great. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main square but further enough away for it to be quiet at night.
Would highly recommend.

What a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are very spacious. We stayed for the Easter weekend and they extended breakfast hours, had Easter treats in the room and celebrated Easter with cakes. The staff were really helpful and the location was fantastic. 5 mins from the old town square and Wawel castle but surrounded by a beautiful park. I would definitely stay here again.
