"Pros: This hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and a nearby supermarket adds to the convenience. The area feels safe, which is a big plus. Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage...
