Tôi đặt phòng loại 2 gường. Nhưng KS đưa phòng 1 gường. Mặc dù tôi đã giải thích rất rõ là đã đặt phòng 2 gường. Cuối cùng 2 người đàn ông vẫn phỉa ngủ chúung 1 gường. Tôi rất khó chịu về việc này.
