"Booked to take my two boys on a mini break on my own for the first time, was close to the airport, and shops and bars on the front, had a lovely but small pool area, but there was always beds and the kids loved it - could see all the pool at all times so also gave me chance to relax on the bed whilst watching them both. "Easy to get around Mallorca on the bus, 2 euros one-way. Bus stop is right outside of the hotel. There are two properties across from each other. The one across the street has mini-golf. Love the access to the ocean, even though there isn't really a beach, and love the pool. "I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. As a solo female traveler I was looking for a quick and easy getaway for some relaxation away from a very stressful time at work recently. The hotel is only a 7 minute drive from the airport and cost 15 euros so it was very convenient. When I arrived around 1am Alex on reception made me feel very welcomed and explained everything I needed to know about dining times etc. The single room was plenty big enough, the bed was a small double with a gorgeous view of the sea and very clean. The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety on the buffet each morning and night. There were a few comments about rude staff, I don’t know what warranted them because everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Yes the bar service was a little bit slow at times but that was down to there being one woman on the bar when a lot of people were using the pool. However the staff still came round and offered table service. The bar prices were also very reasonable for a beach side hotel (a large beer was 3 euros 50) There were plenty of deckchairs and beds, in the three days I was there I didn’t struggle at all to find a seat. Some of them were reserved early doors but no one went without one. The spa is gorgeous, especially the little outdoor Jacuzzi. The main pools were very clean. I’ve recommended this hotel to many friends and family members already. If you are also travelling alone it’s a fantastic place that made me feel very safe."

"The hotel was very well located overlooking the harbour and just a pleasant 20 minute walk in to Palma city centre. We stayed in a twin room with balcony and had a full sea & harbour view on the fourth floor, despite only paying for a partial sea view. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a large built-in wardrobe and wide-screen TV. The ensuite shower room was also very clean and spacious. The hotel was well equipped with a small swimming pool and hot-tub in a patio area, next to a small terrace with sun loungers overlooking the harbour. The breakfast options on a morning were plentiful and of good quality. The poolside bar also served food and drinks of excellent quality. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism of the hotel was of the condition of the reception area, where there were some very worn / tired-looking red leather sofas by the entrance doors that just weren't in keeping with the modern decor found everywhere else in the hotel. The hotel is located along a busy main road and there are roadworks ongoing along the road outside, causing quite a lot of noise for anyone sunbathing on the terrace above. This is unavoidable due to the busy location and no fault of the hotel. Overall we would rate the hotel 8/10 and would definitely consider staying there again, should we ever return to Palma city in future."
