"Exactly what you would expect from the description. The owner can't help enough and at the same time leaves you to enjoy your break. Owner lives in part of house next door but he keeps himself to himself and left us to it so it isn't an issue. Great location to discover places in the area. "This is a lovely house and large enough for extended family. great walled garden for kids and dogs. Nice peaceful area and lots of space inside. Great conservator with table. Possibly some areas need a little updating (electrics and some furniture). Also somewhere to keep clothes needed in downstairs bedroom. "The house is a large, beautiful gite with everything we required for our stay; good facilities, clean and a well maintained pool on a daily basis. The property is situated on a hill side allowing for unspoilt scenery in the sunshine. The owners were incredibly helpful, had very speedy responses and allowed us to book on the day! Keen to meet our needs on arrival and could be contacted throughout the stay. Pavilly, a small town is 4km in distance with a supermarket, garage, pharmacy etc....
