Excellent location, very friendly staff. Breakfast stay was good. Everthing is walkable from this hotel and the tram stop is right at the hotel too. The romms were a little small though and have to be careful with the bathtub a little too high. Toough to get in and out.

"We only booked this hotel for one night with the view of catching the glacier express in the morning but stayed for 3 nights as the town experienced bad weather with no power. The hotel went above and beyond to make guest feel welcome on the subsequent night. They didn’t charge any of the guests ..."

"Property is right next to Tasch station - 1 minute walk to reach! Hotel was nice and breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only thing was that there was brown liquid from the taps likely due to clogged contents in the pipes from the snowstorm that hit just a couple of days before."
