"Great location, the room was a little bit small but we were out most of the time. r I should add on the street people were singing and laughing late into the night. It woke us up and the kids had a little bit of hard time sleeping. "

"Stayed for two nights and needed to switch rooms after the first night because we stayed in an attic type room with low ceilings which was not for someone tall like myself. But they were very accommodating and helpful in moving our luggage to the new room when we were out visiting the Matterhorn. When booking the room, you are listed with them at a certain price, I needed to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the higher floor with a view of the Matterhorn but it was worth it. "

"Large room, great that it offered amenities such as kettle and a fridge. Breakfast was basic but fine. Great location and view from patio was amazing. Beds were fine but the pillow was a bit flat. Staff were nice. Overall happy with the stay. "
