But be aware that a big apartment complex is being built next door, with trucks and caterpillars starting to rumble around shortly after 7 in the morning. "The villa was just like in the pictures. The communication process throughout the stay and registration with the owner assistant Franceska was great. The villa Host Samuel and his wife Marie were amazing, attentive to what we needed, and welcoming. "In general, Casa Coco was a beautifully designed space with spacious rooms that accommodated our family. There were a few issues that I would like to address. In the master bedroom’s bathroom,there was no toilet paper holder and the toilet room always had a very intense ,unpleasant odor. "Property was clean and beautiful. Staff was very nice. Ebikes did not work for the entire week we were there. Lighting in the bathroom is not very good. Food at the buffet was good to excellent most of the time. It was a challenge to make a reservation in one of the al-la-carte restaurants so we didn't visit any of them. I had read that English is widely spoken. This was not true. Best to know spanish if you want to converse with the staff. Area surrounding the resort is poor and dirty but there is no need to leave the resort. We didn't do any excursions but others who did liked them."

"We had a wonderful experience at Casa Cosón! We highly recommend anyone to stay here as well. Service was in general excellent, even though the breakfast service could have been more quick to notice new guests waiting to be sere and quicker in general. Our room was super comfy, clean and cozy. We felt right at home. The only thing I would mention is that the shower handle was broken, but I’m sure they will get that fixed soon enough :) The beach is right there and the food served at Casa Cosón was super tasty! We highly recommend anyone to stay here :)"
