This beautiful vacation villa welcomes you with its two bedrooms, three bathrooms and several living rooms with kitchen. You will find plenty of space to relax in this semi-detached house. You can enjoy the wonderful Italian weather on the terraces and balcony with comfortable garden furniture. Here you can have breakfast in the morning or end the day with a glass of wine. In the garden you will find plenty of space to play and the beautiful large communal pool.

The nearest beach is only 3 km away. Here you can swim, relax and go for a lovely walk.

If you fancy an interesting day trip, Rome, the capital of Italy, is just 80 minutes away. Here you can visit the UNESCO cultural heritage sites of St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican City and the wonderful old town. You are guaranteed not to get bored here.
