He sat with my husband and I for 30 minutes giving us all of the local recommendations and highlighting 3 different maps. "The location is great. The restaurant downstairs is probably one of the better ones in the city. Super convenient location. Friendly staff. The room was tiny but had everything. Love the heated bathroom rack although you couldn’t turn the heat off. A/C worked great. Bus stop was 1 minute walk away. FYI there is no elevator. "
