"Fantastic home/property for a large group-we had 10. Direct river access was perfect, close enough to town if you forgot anything but far enough away that it was a quiet, peaceful getaway. Outdoor games provided were great! We all agreed-we would definitely stay here again"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Muniz Villa!! Location was beautiful and safe as it was in a gated community. Communication with the host was easy and we always had quick responses. On the day of check-in the house was clean. However, 2 of the restrooms did not have any toilet paper and 1had a clogged drain. It was just an inconvenience the firt night. The water was lower than pictured but still approx 3 ft deep in places. Fishing was surprisingly good considering the water level.
