"This was our third year staying and we absolutely love it. It’s big but cozy, so many amazing amenities. We will be back next year! "

"We did not stay at this location. Our boat was canceled due to the Hurricane. I was in communication with the owner and asked her if we could get a refund. She said no. I understand people have to pay there bills but this was an act of nature. The Canadian government told people to stay off the roads and have a 72 hour emergency kit ready. This was a lot of money we just lost because this lady would not work with us. This is unacceptable to run a business like this. We were not even offered a...

"Overall, the stay was great and would go again. The view was wonderful, cottage was clean, and grounds are well kept. A few things, I did not like there was no back light to the back deck so we were not able to utilize it as much once it got dark. It was dangerous going down the back step to get to sauna without a flashlight. "A very quiet and lovey spot to vacation. Close to several great beaches. Easy drive to Port Medway, Liverpool and Shelburne. Cottage is small but well equipped and a good size bathroom. The Loft ladder could be a challenge for anyone who has mobility or height issues. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed several meals and coffees on the deck watching boats and the seals. The host was pleasant and helpful and resides on the same property if any issues arise. Loved our visit and hope to return....

"This property is a gem. We discovered new things right to the end. Loved exploring the cactus solarium. There was so many little things to look at and we were blessed with blooms on 3 cacti and a water lily bloom at the end of the week. My only complaint is the amazing view and the crashing of the waves on the rocks kept distracting me from my book. Lol Jon is a superior host. Always at the ready to answer our questions. The last property on the winding road you a greeted by view of the lake and wonderful wrap around deck. The cottage was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and allows you to be removed from the world with all the comforts of the modern world. A beautiful fire place, two outdoor fire pits, Warf onto the water and sand beach. Weather you are relaxing in the Sunna or Hot tub, out on the lake on the kayaks or canoe or in the lake swimming. Everything about this place is about convivence and class. From the specular sunrise in the morning and sunsets at night. I highly recommend this property for your next family or personal getaway. I know I will be back to misty meadows. "
