Overall, the stay was good for the price we paid, but there were a few drawbacks. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, even with the provided fans. Room service could be improved—we had to request essentials like toilet paper and shampoo daily. Additionally, if we arrived late for breakfast, the drinks, particularly the juice, were noticeably watered down.

Nice place located in a quiet suburb of Zurich and about 10 minutes from the airport. Our room was incredibly spacious for 4 guests and clean. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient for dinner. Downside was that the loft area for the kids is quite small and we had the window open since there is no air conditioning. At some point during the night some condensation or pooled water came in through the window and soaked my child. Also, they do not provide shampoo or soap, but they have a stocked mini bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
