"Nice and clean. You have the shiniest main floor elevator door giving a nice reflection of the backside. Personally...it would be nice to see a few murals/pictures through-out the hallway and room..(2nd floor) Would also like to pay a few extra dollars in liew of a nicer selection at breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our short stay...hope you enjoy yours too!"

"We just loved seeing the ships go by our bedroom window. If you stay at the hotel, which you should, pay the extra few $’s to get a room on the river side."

"Courtney and Maria were so kind and helpful when my daughter left her Christmas purchases behind in the hotel - we didn't discover until we returned to Ontario. Our daughter suffers from Anxiety and this was her first USA Christmas shopping trip and she was so proud of her purchases and then devastated to realize she left them behind. These ladies went out of their way to find the missing packages and get them shipped back to us - we were so grateful for their kindness. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant - good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms - but these ladies took the stress out of this situation for us. thank you "
