Hosts were very nice and understanding of us needing to modify check in and check out times. Great communication and we felt very well cared for. Uber/Lyft never more than a 5/10 minute wait, which was really convenient! Short drives to many great places to eat. Check out “Logans” for some great food and great drinks!

This property was a beautiful needle in a haystack of crackheads and trash. Nobody bothered me during my stay nor did i have any issues at all and had a rather peaceful stay. Other then the location itself i had no issues whatsoever with my stay

Met Expectations
I booked early for an upcoming graduation. The location for us was ideal.. Near the ceremony and the airport. As described by other reviewers , the house is a gem; meticulously decorated ,clean, spacious and a well stocked kitchen. No problems with noise or the surrounding neighbors and the owner was so responsive to any questions. Appreciated the hospitality and efforts to make the home so welcoming .

Pros and Cons
Pros: - price worked for our group. - esthetically pleasing. - basic basic amenities. - spacious. - easy check in and out process. - use of full washer and dryer. Cons: - the listing should state two beds and and Air Mattress. Beds were said to be rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. Air Mattress was solid as a board to sleep on and did not sleep well. Recommend memory foam sleeper top for all beds to improve comfort. - roaches. All over. In the refrigerator and closets and counters. - neighborhood was on the rough side. No issues while we were there but was unexpected with not knowing the area. - keypad on front door stopped working a couple times and the one time we reached out for assistance it was received with resistance on stopping by to fix it. Eventually we came to an agreement on getting it looked at.

Great for weekend getaway
Spent my bday weekend here, had an intimate group of friends for a very laidback gathering for a few nights. Space was very clean and beautiful, granite countertops, comfy furniture, and the interior design was very modern and nice. I could see this being my actual home lol. The spacious living room and open kitchen layout made the in-house events easy to host and aesthetically pleasing. We really enjoyed the fire pit outside after everything winded down. Surrounding area is a lil rough, but not the owner’s fault whatsoever. The property itself is easily the diamond in the rough. Just be aware that some parts of the house are off-limits, and have locks on them (I assumed this just might’ve been their private belongings/areas behind the doors). The largest room had a queen-sized blowup mattress, but once we put bedding/pillows on it, it didn’t feel any different than an actual bed. Host was also very easy to reach whenever we had questions, she always responded pleasantly and in a timely manner. All in all, I felt really blessed to find this space at the last minute and at a great value. I definitely recommend booking this stay.

Cockroach Horror House!!
First and foremost, the presence of cockroaches in the rental was absolutely unacceptable. It is clear that proper cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, which is both unhygienic and concerning. I expected a clean and pest-free environment, but this was not the case. Additionally, the sight of trash piles in the street surrounding the property was extremely off-putting. It not only created an unsightly view but also attracted pests, further exacerbating the issue with the cockroaches. We were surprised to even see poop stains in the hallway bathroom, considering the house was supposed to have been cleaned to prior to our arrival. We even found trash still remaining in the kitchen trash can. In our short 45 minutes in your home, we could hear constant noise and disturbance caused by the loud next door neighbor construction site. This would have significantly impacted my ability to enjoy our stay. Lastly, you finally returned my message and refused to offer a full refund. We are now resorting to a credit card back which will resort in more fees on your behalf. I urge against anyone from booking this home

Very scary
Upon arrival there were people in the actual driveway dealing drugs. The entire neighborhood is obviously dealing drugs. The neighbors were calling each other profanities. Screaming. The entire house is infested with cockroaches. She has roach bait everywhere. The cockroaches were in all the kitchen drawers and cupboards. The power went out. I initially tried to contact the owner and she told me I could only speak to Vrbo. She said she would not call law enforcement regarding drug deals in her driveway. I tried to contact her again because I was trying to find a way to stay somewhere else and was sitting in the outside backyard because I was scared and bitten by cockroaches. Her voice mail box was full and she did not answer. She then threatened me and said she called law enforcement on me and was going to have my car towed. Her alarm was disabled and has a history of several attempts of a break in through several doors and windows. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I’ve already spoken with my bank and Vrbo regarding a refund and they’ve all agreed that I should have one. I took pictures of all of the bugs and cockroaches, and of the neighborhood so they all have seen it. I do not suggest for anyone to ever stay in this environment. Completely unsanitary and not safe.
