Nothing super fancy but it was clean and comfortable. Best thing was the free breakfast. Many choices for many tastes. Great coffee, yummy oatmeal. The staff were all friendly and smiled. What I didn’t like was trying to get directions over the phone. Not a single scrap of paper or pen/pencil. I think this is the first hotel I've stayed at that didn't have a small pad of paper or pen/pencil.

The front desk was very friendly and inviting. We went as a family and would definitely stay again. I was skeptic with the reviews but am happy to say it was a great stay. I think the standards are just very high for the name, but in no way was disappointed!

I cannot believe this is a Hampton Inn & Suites. That name should mean something, but it doesn't in this case. I should have believed other low reviews. Beds were comfy enough, but all the furniture in the room was pretty beat up. Looked like garage sale finds. This location is right off the freeway and next to an event center and church, which had no activity while I was there. I actually witnessed a guest's car parked right in front oit of the lobby, get their back window smashed out, belongings stolen and the perp was easily able to get away in a vehicle backed up behind the victim's car. So I dont feel this is a safe location. Further, 3 staff members were chatting at the desk and didn't bother to look out, as I did, to check on the car alarm that was going for a very long time. I also overheard the staff saying something rude about a guest who had asked that their broken peep hole be covered. That is not good. Breakfast was okay enough. I like that iced water is served for free in the lobby.

It wasn’t the cleanest room ever, but it was a very nice property. It was close to Walmart. It was close to shopping center. It was close to Popeyes close to a gas station. The staff was amazing. The maids were so sweet. Everyone around was just so courteous and polite and we’ve never been to here before and it was amazing.
