Situated in South Sacramento, Fuller Town Airport community was established as a fly in and fly out airport destination. Enjoy views of planes taking off and landing, and grab breakfast at the Aviator's Restaurant on the airport. The new Raleys shopping center is 2 miles away with Philz Coffee, Mendacino Farms, Jamba Juice, Buckhorns Grill and more. The new Safeway center is 2.4 miles away with Peets Coffee, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Panda Express and across the street is Track 7 Brewing.
You will need a car or Uber to get around but you will also see people walking through our peaceful neighborhood.

Quiet Hours: The neighbors are very sensitive and go to bed early, so we have a strict no hot tub rule after 10:00 pm. We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Airport: Enjoy the back yard but please refrain from walking out onto the airport as this is not permitted by the Federal Aviation Administration. Only home owners are permitted on the airport.
Parking: You can park 2 cars in the driveway and directly in front of the home only. Do not park anywhere else on the street as this is not allowed in short term rentals in Sacramento.

Check-Out: Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Kindly inform us of your intended departure time so we can relay the information to our housekeepers. Before leaving, please load dishes into the dishwasher and start it, initiate a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out the trash. This helps us minimize cleaning expenses for guests. Please leave the property in a generally tidy condition.
Restrooms: To maintain plumbing functionality, only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Please refrain from flushing other items.
Smoking: Our property is strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only outside the home. Any smoking indoors, whether cigarettes or cannabis, will incur a $300 fine.
Candles: For safety reasons, the use of candles is prohibited within the premises.
Damage: Accidents can happen; please notify us immediately if anything is damaged so we can arrange for replacement or repair.
Utilities: We kindly ask you to turn off lights and lower thermostats when leaving the property to conserve energy.
Furniture: Please avoid rearranging furniture, as it can lead to damage and complicate the housekeeping process.
Lost Items: Take care not to leave any belongings behind, as we cannot package and ship forgotten items.
Appliances: Please refrain from unplugging any items within the home. Certain items control the door lock and doorbell, and unplugging them can cause issues. Never unplug the wireless router or modem to avoid disruptions to the door lock system.
Pets are allowed with a $100, non-refundable fee per pet, and no more than 2 pets per stay. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home. Please clean your pet's paws if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are absolutely NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. Guests must supply pet crates or covers for furniture. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. There will be a fee of $300 for each unauthorized pet. There may be another fee up to $1,000 for additional cleaning caused by pets, including hair, urine or feces on furniture or floors or damage to carpet and furniture, and may include loss of revenue if the home can not be rented to the next guest due to pet damage. It is required that all pets are secured on a leash when outside the property, in the front yard, driveway or in the neighborhood. Please do not leave your pet unattended to free roam in the home or backyard. Be respectful of the neighbors by closely monitoring barking. It is expected that you properly clean up after your pet often, both in the yards and on walks. Before checkout, please walk the property front & back and dispose of any waste in the outside trash cans.
