"This was a late booking (25 minutes before the end of the day) however, I was welcomed and provided with a wonderful room. Clean, homely, and some lovely coffees, teas, and biscuits for the morning. I never really had time for breakfast, however, I’ve eaten in the restaurant on a few occasions and each time have been really impressed. "

"A nice clean and quiet room well located for an early morning flight out of the airport. Quick and easy check in with a friendly member of staff. Went a run at 4am before my flight and the local area provided a pleasant route. The pub associated with the rooms looked homely. Thank you "

"Great stay, all staff were very friendly. This place is super dog friendly (I actually think nearly everyone in the building had a dog) During our evening meal one item on the menu was not quite right and they quickly sorted it out for us. The food was delicious too, including breakfast. The room was spotless and a lovely view across the valley."

"Very comfortable. No hot water on first morning, dealt with swiftly. Rooms are across a courtyard & it was pouring with rain. The pub was closed, it was hard to find anybody . Excellent breakfasts, Single room very tiny, adequate but had to crouch under the shower! "

"Very good value for money. Staff were very nice. Checked in early. We walked down to the tram in Ashton and took the tram to the City game (25 mins). Made it very easy. Room condition was good and spacious. "

"My fiancé and I stayed here for one night after completing the Kinder Scout climb. It was easy to find and the service was fantastic as soon as we came in the door. The environment was warm, inviting and had a cosy feel to it - just what you need after a whole day of walking. We had some drinks with a ‘pie and a pint’ offer for £18 which was absolutely delicious. We also shared a starter and dessert which were equally as delicious. "I love renovated industrial properties, and this one was really well done. We had a small apartment that was perfect for our group of 3. The neighborhood was really fun and it was easy to walk all over downtown and even out to the concert venue. On to the not so great part. Our flight was delayed and I sent the property a message through our booking site letting them know of the long delay.
