" Quirky decoration throughout, confortable and clean. Staff were welcoming. Located in the city centre, so easy access by foot. There's no access by car due to barriers on the streets, so we had to use a local car park. At night, the area around the hotel didn't feel particularly welcoming due to homelessness, but this was a problem all around the city."

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. You will find Mc Donald’s , Lindt and Starbucks on the way. If you need parking you need to pop into hotel to get the code and directions. When you park in the resid spots you will find a lift to take you up to reception. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and have everything to cook and be comfortable. This time we were on the ground floor and layout was different. Previously we were high up and had the most wonderful view of river and bridge. But we asked for this well in advance. Usually shops in the centre are shut on a Sunday. But special circumstances of Xmas meant they were open. So much choice and a lovely city to visit. Xmas market was huge and so we ended up going back to hotel and ordering a Uber eats as exhausted. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
