"We got there in the middle of snowing. The house was frigid. The driveway and walk were not shoveled. It would have been hard to do that since you didn't know when we were coming, but you could have had the heat turned up. Also having directions on how to turn the heat up would have helped. "

Lots of room to let dogs run, but need to watch out for the ducks and Guinea hens, no fenced yard so dogs need to have good recall if running off leash. "My family and 2 small dogs arrived to clean house. Since it was winter we had to turn the heat up. Had we given our arrival time the thermostat may have been turned up for us. It got very cold overnight but the house stayed warm. There was an issue with the water because of the cold. But Steven worked to get it fixed. We stayed in contact until it was resolved. I would happily rent from her m again. "
