"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"The room was tiny, but that's to be expected at an APA hotel. The bathroom felt a bit dated, but everything worked fine. There wasn't much of a view, but I mostly kept the curtains pulled anyway. I was able to plug my Switch into the TV, so that's nice. Plenty of places to eat nearby. There were two elevators, and I almost never even had to share one. I didn't find an electrical outlet in the bathroom, so I had to use an extension cord to use my electric shaver. The coin laundry was a...
