"Everything was fine until we where leaving. The elevator was not working. I had just had back surgery a few weeks ago. With the elevator I had to go down four flights of stairs. It hurt me so bad that I was in so much pain that i could hardly walk. We ended up leaving and going home. We had planed on spending the day shopping and enjoying are selfs. "Honestly was a great time!! Just have to say you have yo pay alot for add ons and food!! Should be a little more reasonable in my eyes!! Not to have a negative mark on my survey. Just a family who doesnt get to travel and the price is always the reason. "

"Great stay. Every staff person I talked to was so nice and professional. The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was very quiet considering it was almost booked up. Its also a short drive back to Frankenmuth in the morning. "
