This three story home has central air conditioning and provides five bedrooms, plus a bonus Murphy bed to accommodate the whole gang. Main floor living with large picturesque windows, kitchen and dining, plus a primary bedroom suite with King bed.  Upstairs is two additional bedrooms and an open loft space.  On the lower level is a second living area perfect for a movie night, two bedrooms, a third full bathroom, PLUS a bonus murphy bed. The garage is equipped with a ski rack for winter visits or use as a mud room

Lake Pend Oreille is 43 miles long and this home is located on the Sagle Slough (just 600 yards in), which provides fantastic protection and calm, warm water in summer.  Fish for trout, northern pike, small mouth bass and walleye.

**NOTE: Families live here year round and while it's an ideal vacation spot -- it is also intended to be a quiet and respectful community with daily quiet hours that are strictly enforced from 10PM - 8AM.  No parties or events are allowed and you must be 32 years of age or older to reserve.

**NOTE:  This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise monitoring device.  The device measures volume levels (decibels) only and will alert the property manager if a certain volume threshold is detected.  The device does not and cannot record audio.  The exterior gas fire pit gets winterized each year, and is not available to use outside of summer months.

**NOTE:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
