"Isabel was at checkin and was very friendly. We had changed our reservations and they were accommodating. BUT the room we were in had a serious plumbing or septic issue. It was very smelly and they must have been aware of this before putting us in this room. Also, there was an outside light that was on all night shining into our room. we were told it could not be shut off. The location is great and Sagres is a wonderful town with great vibes. Hopefully this was just our experience and management...

"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was very clean. I liked that the staff contacted me the day I was checking in to let me know the apartment was ready before the official check in time. I think all rooms face the pool because there isn’t much of a view. Downgraded the rating a bit because the kitchen tap had lukewarm water and the bathroom was a bit dated. There are a couple of good restaurants near the apartments and there is also a Spar convenience store a short walk away. There...

"La casa muy comoda y espaciosa con una cocina bien equipada. Al llegar la piscina estaba un poco verde pero llamamos y nos la limpiaron enseguida. Buenas toallas y sabanas! La barbacoa genial!"

"Check information was wrong from management, miscommunication between the property owner and management co. Pool was dirty algae grown on walls and stairs with debris floating and pooling on one end. Garbage and construction supplies stashed thought out the property, sandbox has turned into a weed garden. TV would not work properly, really a big let down."
