"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. "As always, my stay here was amazing, the staff were friendly and respectful of the do not disturb magnet, the ac unit was on point, the wifi was fast, and the 7/11 up the street in the Genza pulled it all together. Also, apparently you can ask the front desk for an adapter for your computer charger if it has 3 prongs like in the states instead of the 2 that’s normal here. Love that."
