Finca 'Moulin du Ruet' with Garden & Wi-Fi

The country house Moulin du Ruet is located in Saint-Amand-sur-Fion and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as 3 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 15 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV with a DVD player as well as children's books and toys. There is also a chimney, the wood is provided. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with 2 balconies. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue.

On the premises there are a historical mill built in 1540 and a century-old tree. Furthermore, the property is located 1 km from a bakery and a minimart (the closest large supermarket is 10 km away). The city of Reims is situated at 60 km distance.

4 parking spaces are available on the property (it is highly recommended to travel by car to make the most of your stay). Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
