"The perfect getaway — lovely cosy evenings by the fire, and days spent in this heavenly French chateau and its grounds. Lots of tennis played on the clay court (sadly too chilly to use the pool) but excursions to beautiful Chablis, Auxerre and the abbey at Pontigny were particular highlights. Can’t recommend enough!"

"Comfortable clean quiet apartment in converted old farm building. Very fast wifi. Covered parking for car and bikes below apartment. Helpful friendly owner doesn't speak english. Rustic village with good supermarket next to pretty river Yonne, Excellent tarmac cycle path along nearby canal du Nivernais. Lots of wine tasting. Recommend visiting Noyers, Auxerre, Vezelay. Only negative is the outside of the apartment, which is not pretty and has no view. Turin Shroud!!!!ne. "

"Don’t know where to start! This historic 4th floor beauty has it all, the view of rooftops over the medieval town centre, 16th century beams giving this unit such beautiful charm. There were still Christmas decorations adorning the apartment giving extra special ambience. Everything we were looking for to experience old town France! "In the middle of the countryside but with shops only a short drive away, it was the perfect setting for a family holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay which was very relaxing and our al-fresco meals were an absolute delight.
