Une belle découverte
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St Brévin dans la maison de nos hôtes qui se prêtait parfaitement à des vacances en famille. Située dans un quartier très calme et très bien placée par rapport aux plages, (juste 10 mns à pied avec nos petits enfants ), la maison est très agréable et pratique, nous avons beaucoup profité de son jardin et sa terrasse. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et disponibles, nous avons suivi leurs conseils pour découvrir St Brévin et ses alentours. Il est très facile d'y faire ses courses aux différents marchés accessibles à pied, en vélo et aux supermarchés à 10 mns en voiture. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ces vacances qui correspondaient à nos attentes et de cette belle découverte qu'est la région Loire-Atlantique. Merci à Véronique et Philippe.

Maison idéale pour des vacances à la mer , en famille
Nous n'avons aucune critique à formuler concernant cette location. Tout a été parfait. Nous la recommandons fortement, notamment pour des familles avec de jeunes enfants : grand jardin, proximité avec la plage, et très beau cadre environnant. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques , réactifs et à l'écoute. Merci Mme et M. Nicoleau de nous avoir accueilli dans votre charmante maison.

Excellent séjour
Superbe location, spacieuse. Tout y est bien pensé, c'est fonctionnel et confortable. Le jardin est très agréable, tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour. Idéalement située (près commerces et plage). Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter en cas de séjour dans la région.

Très agréable séjour
La maison est idéalement placée, une fois sur place, nous n'avons plus eu besoin de la voiture (accès aux marchés à pieds ou à vélos). Balades vers la grande plage ou plus dans l'estuaire au départ de la maison. Le logement a de beaux espaces et est très agréable. Que dire de plus sinon que nous serions ravi de pouvoir en profiter à nouveau. Merci à Mr et Mme Nicoleau pour leur disponibilité et les soins qu'ils apportent à la maison pour les locataires. Nous leur souhaitons une bonne continuation.
