"We were given a warm friendly welcome from owner Nicolas who showed us around his lovely homely farmhouse. The house looked stunning in the warm Charentes sunshine and is set in magnificent gardens filled with flowers and a fascinating variety of trees including cherry, apple, fig, olive, chestnut etc, etc. The top of the garden has space for games and would be great for kids. "I never got to meet Sylvie and partner they were away on business, however Nicole kindly came to my rescue when i became lost. She came to my location in her car and I followed her to the property. The neighbours were very kind and supplied me with water, eggs, tomatoes and beer. The property was great. Very clean. Everything is there for you. I can recommend it for a great stay."

Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping.
