The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility.

Great for one night
Good hotel to stay for one night while heading further south. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Wouldn't want to stay for longer though, definitely lacks the holiday kind feel - room was on the small side, not cleaned to a high standard though sheets were perfect. Recommend while passing through to go somewhere else.

The room was fine. No frills but a proper room with separate toilet bathroom. Nothing like ibis budget. No kettle though. As I'm British I do appreciate that facility. No hand wash either.

nous avons dormi dans la voiture...
Quand nous sommes entrés dans notre chambre, avec les codes donnés à l'accueil, la chambre était déjà occupée... Nous avons dormi dans la voiture... après plus d'une heure à essayer de joindre quelq'un (que ce soit hotels.com ou B and B) Hôtels.com ne nous a pas trouvé une solution de remplacement ou loin de la ville et cela après plus d'une heure de "tchat" Pourquoi deux clients sur la même chambre ? Erreur humaine : la personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée a pris la réservation au "prénom" et pas au nom de famille... nous étions deux avec le même prénom et nous avons eu la même chambre. alors, c'est une erreur humaine doublée d'une erreur système car comment le système informatique peut-il ne pas bloquer pour éviter de donner à deux clients les mêmes codes d'accès et la même chambre ? Nous avons tenté de joindre quelqu'un, sans succès. Il parait qu'il y a un appel d'urgence à l'extérieur de l'hôtel... mais nous étions dedans ! Et un bouton ou une information DANS l'hôtel serait un minimum. Si une fuite d'eau ou un problème a lieu pendant la nuit, les clients ne vont pas sortir de l'hôtel pour trouver un bouton d'appel d'urgence ! Ils vont le chercher vers le guichet d'accueil.
