"The photos don’t do the small house justice. The owners are both lovely and go out their way to help you make your stay, the most enjoyable it can be. The views are fabulous and theres no mention of the long and short walks, that start 50m from the property, travelling through the Forrest and finishing at a pub/restaurant 1km from the accommodation."

"Un très bon séjour au sein de ce logement ! Fred est très sympathique et le logement était parfaitement adapté pour la famille (petit bémol sur le manque de casseroles mais c'est un détail). Nous y étions tellement bien que nous sommes finalement très peu sorti du logement ! L'extérieur est bien aménagé, les équipements de loisirs sont présents et la maison est grande et confortable. Je recommande à 100% et nous comptons bien y retourner !"

"Ideal for two people, I was with my son (12) and we stayed 4 days at that lovely spot. Even with no AC in the summer, the place kept a certain coolness with the shades down. The kitchen is equipped to prepare some meals. We enjoy every evening a short walk to the Calvaire panorama, beautiful. We did the 14km Vélorail trail which is 1km from the studio, under tree shades. The city is very quiet and well situated to explore the Morvan. Enjoy."

"J'ai séjourné dans ce gîte pendant 3 jours avec mes deux petites chiennes berger des shetland car je me rendais dans la région pour un stage de mantrailing. Tout était parfait : propreté impeccable, endroit très calme, gîte très cosy. Hôtesse très accueillante et très sympatique et qui plus est adore les animaux. Je recommande les yeux fermés! Je pense que c'est l'un des gites de la région que j'ai le plus apprécié. Encore merci!"

"Nous étions une vingtaine d'adultes et une dizaine d'enfants. Il y a de la place pour tout le monde, sans se marcher dessus. Les enfants ont été ravis de profiter des jeux et des animaux. Personne ne s'est ennuyé durant ce week-end. Hôte disponible et réactive. Très bon séjour pour l'ensemble des participants !"

"Nous sommes venus à Saint-Honoré-les-Bains pour fêter les 1 an de notre fils. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. La maison est tout à fait adaptée pour accueillir de grandes familles (nous étions 17, dont deux bébés). Les équipements sont parfaits, les différentes pièces de vie spacieuses et agréables (surtout le salon avec le babyfoot) et les chambres (toutes avec salle de bain) permettent aux invités d'avoir tous leurs espaces. "Cette maison est une ancienne dépendance d'une plus grande et belle demeure. Entièrement réaménagée, elle est particulièrement bien équipée pour accueillir une grande famille ou un groupe de personnes, pour un prix très raisonnable. Très beau séjour aux multiples fauteuils, cuisine moderne, grande terrasse meublée au calme... Tout y est grand, malgré son nom de "Petite maison". Merci aux propriétaires."

Piece de vie agréable avec son poêle très agréable en cet automne qui démarre et une cuisine très bien équipée. Chambres et literies sont à l’avenant. "We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated. "

"Amazing gîte, everything you need for a relaxing and stress free holiday. Super peaceful location and the pool is an especially welcome escape from the heat. Despite being attached to the owners residence we barely knew they were there! Overall, one of the best equipped properties we have stayed in, well thought out, comfy beds, great hosts and super location and views We had one of our best family holidays at Gîte Hauteloup!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Panneçot very much and were delighted to communicate with Dominique, who was calm, practical and very helpful, thank you Dominique. The cottage is in an ideal location. Everyone slept soundly and we enjoyed tractors going past the doorstep and giving a wave in the morning. A small note - I have left enough toilet paper for the next guests. Extreme dissapointment

"Made the reservation for my wife as she was driving across France and wasn't sure when she would need to sleep. I wasn't able to confirm any details by calling the property because of a language barrier but that didn't bother me because my wife is French and speaks natively. The demeanor of the lady checking my wife in was beyond a Parisian cold. Given what my wife has explained she was just rude. And my wife is someone who never likes to complain about customer service. The coup de gras was her being asked to pay the next morning after I had already paid. My wife thought I had paid on the website but she is not confrontational. Overall, there is another hotel chain in France that shares the name of a bird. I would highly recommend you go there. For the same price you will receive the same accomodations but with kinder service. But I must admit there was a lady the next day that we spoke to, Julie, who was very kind. Yet, I will never reserve another room there. In case the staff would like to reply and say this has to do with the restaurant being closed on Sunday, it does not. While we were surprised that it was closed we were prepared and I found my wife a place close by she could stop for a takeaway salad before she arrived at the hotel. Yet I do wonder how your guests eat on a Sunday. If it is as ridiculous as your scoff implied then all restaurants must be closed on Sunday and of course they aren't. Train your people to have some manners. Teach them, no customers, no job"
