Our 2nd time visiting and using this hotel. I can not fault it. It is a standard type 3 star star hotel , clean room and nice and warm temperature. Slept well.

We picked this hotel location for the proximity to the airport and the RER train station. However, pictures of the rooms we saw did NOT match the actual room, which was not much larger than the queen-sized bed and sparsely decorated. Check-in took about half an hour in line, as the clerk was new and was getting limited support checking guests in. There are a few restaurants around, including one in the adjoining hotel that was good. But you are quite a distance from metro Paris, so just keep that in mind. This is a pretty bare-bones experience, so know that you are not going to get a lot of support. We would not stay here again.

This is in a good location for catching the bus into to town. Very clean and staff helpful. The room was huge and shower excellent.

Good hotel, well worth using.
The hotel was reasonably priced and very well placed for getting into Rouen, catch T4 or F9 buses, about 15-20 minutes. The bus card for a number of rides worth getting and this also gives you discounts on museums. The hotel is 4 years old, good basic rooms. A buffet breakfast available for €8.90pp and snack meals also, microwave in reception. Some good local restaurants, 2-5 minutes walk. Secure ground level parking.

Ace Hotels are reliable places to stay for an overnight stay onwards to your final destination. They are always clean and the staff are helpful and efficient. The showers are hot, the shower gel always replenished (and it smells great) and the beds comfortable. They are usually very well positioned for continuing your journey the next day too. Highly recommended.

Hotel was very good but location made it impossible for Sat nav to pick up. Spent 45 minutes driving round and round...eventually asked someone who directed us. Not a chance the sat nav was ever going to find it.
